All donations you make as an individual or company will be tax deductible.

That is to say, the donations will reach our foundation in full and each year you will be refunded the amount that corresponds to you according to the following when you file your income tax return:
If you are an individual...
1. If the donation is up to 250 €, you get 80% tax deductions.
2. From 250 €, it works as follows:
   - For the first 250 €, you are tax deductible at 80%.
   - Of the amount that exceeds 250 €:
   - 45% if you have donated during the two previous fiscal years an amount equal to or greater than the previous year.
   - 40% if you have not contributed in the two previous years and in all other cases.

If you are a company...
1. 50% if you have donated during the two previous fiscal years an amount equal to or greater than the previous year.
2. 40% of the full amount in all other cases.
To be taken into account: 
   - These deductions are applied on the total of your donations to entities under Law 49/2002. That is to say, if you           donate to more entities the deduction  is applied on the sum of your contributions.
   - The tax deductions for individuals have a limit on the taxable base of 10%.
   - Tax deductions for companies have a limit on the net taxable income of 15%.
